Low carb broccoli salad

4 slices cooked bacon
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 cups broccoli 
1/2 chopped red onion
2 T white vinegar
2 T Splenda
4-5 T mayo
Sprinkling of salt and pepper

Combine vinegar, Splenda, mayo into big bowl-whisk. 
Add dry ingredients
Top with S/P

I would put in fridge for a bit before serving because the longer it sits-the better it tastes!
