This was Dave's plate!
I cooked the corn in the oven... On 450, wrapped in foil, 25-30 min.
Dave loves caprese salads and so I planted a tomato plant and basil plant yesterday.
Here was my plate- oops a lil blurry!
I loved my cucumber, onion and vinegar salad :) Dave's not much of a cucumber guy.
The shrimp I cooked in one T butter and 2 T olive oil. Address salt and pepper. Added 3 T chopped garlic. After cooking I topped it with lemon and lemon zest.
