Weekend Getaway

So this weekned Dave and I checked out part of the mountain house neighborhood that we never had ventured to and found THIS! A big beautiful lake! I felt like I was on the set of Dirty Dancing or some Disney camp flick! You can bring your friends, your family, your dog and rent a canoe or sailboat or just swim around! They even had a great fire pit that we are hoping to hit up July 4th weekend! Isn't this scene like a painting? I am thinking about ordering it up on Shuttyfly on a cavas for our house or the mountain house. Will have to play around with colors etc. but just loved sitting next to this over the weekend.

A little overcast when this picture was taken but look at our wet dog Brees. She and golden retriever Sadie played in the water for a good while on Saturday. This was her first time actually swimming and fetching the ball in the lake and she just couldn't get enough of it!
