Sorry I have been so MIA recently! We were in Peachtree City over the weekend as I was in my best friend's wedding (haha, movie like-ness there)! So lots of fun and traveling between Thurs-Mon. as the wedding was on Sunday afternoon :) Then after getting back in town, I cooked the main course for my Books n' Cooks Club (this is what we call it however it is really just a cover up for gossip and catching up haha). So, here I am getting ready for work, dinner date with friends and an appointment this afternoon - hoping to post the main dish I made for last night's get together later this afternoon BUT... no guarantees ;) haha.
