Mexican or White Bean Chili
2 cans of Great Northern Beans (drained and rinsed)
1 jar of salsa (I use mild)
1lb of boiled chicken breast
1 block of pepper jack cheese shredded
1 can of chicken broth
1 can Water (depending on desired thickness)
It isn't the best looking nor the healthiest but Dave loved it and the recipe was sent by a friend! This is not the typical white chili that I have had but it made for a good hearty soup!
