First of all, I always start with 2-alarm chili kits!
1 pound ground turkey browned with 1 chopped white onion
Add that to slow cooker with: 2 cans drained/rinsed kidney beans, 2 cans chopped petite cut tomatoes, and 2 cans of water. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Half way through add the masa pack and as much or as little of the red pepper packet as you'd like :)
Top with tortilla chips, sour cream (lots if you are like me!!), salsa, cheese and a big ole spoon! :)
