Mud Bugs!

So Dave's mom also sent us some crawfish tails and I made this for my honey on Sunday... didn't last very long though, he LOVED it! It is another Emeril recipe and was SO super easy! Since I can't get crawfish tails in Charlotte, I will probably make it again but will use small shrimp instead!
