So yesterday a coworker of mine had a Twilight party at her house. We all went over there after work. I think she has read each book six times and she even has given herself the Cullen last name - haha! For those of you who have read the books, you know how good they are. For those of you who have not read the books but seen the movies, you know how not so good they are. K-Stew and Rob aren't the best of actors but oh my, Taylor Lautner is and he is H-O-T... as you might have seen, he made my 5 hollywood hotties list this year! Reading the books, I was always Team Edward. However, after watching New Moon and last night's Eclipse, I am officially Team Jacob! His abs are completely amazing and he is so so sweet. Plus, I'm an animal lover! lol. Back to the party.... my coworker was so cute, she made us Twilight puzzles... candies... she has the Jones' vampire sodas... movie snacks for our purses, etc! The theatre showed New Moon and Twilight before Eclipse so we caught New Moon and it was nice to sort of have a reminder of it all before the latest movie! I honestly cannot wait until the last two movies. The last book was my absolute favorite... probably because it has to do with a wedding, honeymoon, house, baby , etc. lol. Cannot WAIT for those to come out!!
The books are SO much better than the movies have been but that is to be expected! Do you think Eclipse is better than the 1st two?? I thought the 2nd movie was better than the first. This is the first time I haven't gone to the midnight showing. Guess I'm getting old.
ReplyDeleteYes I agree the books are way better and I think when people say "i just dont understand the whole twilight craze"... they just haven't read the books! The movies arent that great in comparison - I mean K-stew is a horrible actress! But I agree, the first movie was terrible... the second was better... and I think that one was really neat with all the Jacob vs Edward drama! :) This midnight showing totally took it out of me... I went home yesterday and took a nap - don't feel bad! haha
