Our friend Caroline made some guacamole over New Years in the mountains and it was delicious! The crowd ate it up.... FAST. Here is how she made it:
4 avacados
1/4 red onion chopped
1 garlic clove minced
2 cans of rotel mexican tomatoes
Juice of a lime - to taste
Chopped cilantro - optional
I am going to try this one for this weekend's Saints game. It will certainly bring us "Good Luck";)
