Numero Uno Goal


So... hopefully I am somewhere to being on my way as I am doing a "simple cleanse" right now, started on Monday. It's the cleanse between cleanses basically (Dave and I did a Whole Body Cleanse in May). Today it's finally hit me that I'm tired. You're supposed to relax and do light workouts because you have less energy than normal... because you're not drinking caffeine or eating a lot of protein! So right now the diet consists of organic almond butter and apples, organic raisins, organic bananas, fruit juice, organic veggies and hummus, salads with vinaigrettes and no cheese or nuts! I try to do organic where I can because the cleanse gets rid of all those bad toxins in the non-organic stuff!
