If your cupcake batter is runny - pour into cupcake liners using a pitcher or measuring cup with spout. Fill liner 3/4 of the way full for best results
If your batter is thick, use a large freezer bag to fill your liners. Cut one corner of bag and pipe into liners. Its mess free and only takes one big squirt. Fill these 1/2 full as this batter tends to fluff up alot.
Hit cupcake pan on counter before placing in over so that you don't get any air pockets in the cupcakes.
