Easy Peezy Peanut Butter Cookies

This is my standby cookie recipe. It's easy to make AND I always have the ingredients so there is no need to rush out to the store!

1c Granulated Sugar

1c Peanut Butter (creamy)

1 Large Egg

Non Stick Cooking spray

1/4c Granulated Sugar spread on a plate on the side

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients. Spray spoon hands with non stick cooking spray. Roll mixture into small balls. Roll on plate of sugar. Put on baking sheet and make a criss-cross pressing down on cookie with a fork.

Bake 10-13 min.

When out of oven, sprinkle with left over sugar.
