Breakfast anyone?

The no fail breakfast casserole was a family pleaser on Christmas morning. AND you make it ahead if time. No it's not gluten or dairy free but I was okay with eating something else instead :)

4-6 pieces torn up white bread
6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1 pack of sausage
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese

Grease 9x13 Pyrex with butter. Place bread down. Cook and drain sausage and sprinkle over bread. Whisk egg, milk and mustard together. If you don't have dried mustard you can use 1T Dijon. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Sprinkle over the cheese. Cover with tin foil and let sit over night. Bake uncovered on 350 for 30 mins.
