Good Breakfast and Dinner Options

Oat Revolution is shaped just like this on the store shelves. It very tasty and the packets are awesome because they measure your water for you too! The oatmeal is packed with potassium and fiber- rich in vitamins! I highly recommend it for starting your day off right and FULL! It's 4 WW points. Last night for dinner I made WW salmon. It was DELISH and devoured by myself and Dave! Preheat your oven at 425.

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp dijon
4 pieces of sock eye salmon
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 lemon's worth of lemon zest
1/2 tsp evoo
2 tsp chopped parsley

Place salon on a sprayed baking sheet
coat with dijon mustard
Mix rest of ingredients together in a boat
Coat on top of the salmon - sticking to the mustard
Spray tops with non stick spray
Bake 15 minutes.

Perfecto! About 3 WW points. The recipe came with potatoes that I didnt really like. Full points were 5 so I am guessing this is roughly 2-3 with just the salmon.
