Mama Mia!

Another last minute dinner save! I had hummus and carrots while Dave had this dish! LOL Well not all of it but two big helpings! I browned Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey and threw in a bottle of marinara sauce and 1/4 cup water. Simmered that. Cooked macaroni which was the only pasta i had on hand. Just a half a box. Added shredded parm, garlic powder and Italian seasonings to the sauce mixture. Drained pasta and added it to sauce. Then put in a baking dish and topped with mozzarella chunks, Italian bread crumbs and shredded parm. Broiled for 10 minutes. Voila! Dinner!
