Porky Pig Chops!

I made pork chops for the first time last week - they were a little dry but not too bad for the first try! Dave at the pork chops and I ate a big ole salad! :) I wanted to share the easy marinade with you all for the chops: 2 T ketchup, 1 T Soy Sauce, 1 T Worcestershire, 1 t lemon juice, 2 T brown sugar, 2 T vegetable oil for 6 chops. Cover one side with sauce, bake - and halfway through cooking time depending on lb. of the chops, take them out, cover other side with sauce, bake and eat.
