Dinner Last Night!

So last night I made two really simple and healthy recipes that I found online! Usually we never have left overs but last night - we certainly did! For the main course and veg we had roasted salmon and asparagus (SUPER EASY) - recipe here.
And we also had Potato Gratin that I found on Health Magazine's website - recipe here.
This took a little more prep time as you have to wash and cut the potatoes and then boil them with garlic. Dave really enjoyed it and it was sort of like a healthy comfort food! The garlic really made a huge difference, without it I think that this side dish would have been a bit bland!
