Would Chile Relleno count as healthy? The answer is: NO. I looked it up online and it is said to have under 400 calories but almost 30 grams of fat... 12g of that saturated! Perhaps eating half a pepper vs. a whole one would save you the extra calories. OR you can order BEANS, that's my favorite part! HA. I know, I'm a dork.
