Dave and I LOVE sushi! Our favorite place to take people when they visit is Nikko's in Charlotte on South Boulevard. This is their Nikko Roll. Our friend ordered it as I am not a fan of cream cheese in my sushi rolls! I thought it was so pretty that I had to take a picture! :)
