Happy Mardi Gras!

We are hosting a Mardi Gras Lunch at work today and so I put together the below to help everyone get some recipe incentive for the occassion - thought I'd post it on here as well!

If there is a sandwich you’d like to do you could always make double the recipe and slice them in into thirds.
